Why Elderberry Syrup?

Elderberry syrup provides the concentrated immune-supporting benefits of black elderberries. My recipe uses homemade elderberry concentrate with organic herbs like cinnamon and ginger plus local honey for an extra immune boost!

Research shows black elderberries (Sambucus nigra) can help us avoid these common colds and flu that worsen in the Michigan winter seasons. They can even help speed recovery time in those who already have them.
